Degree in production and distribution of electrical power. Thirty-six candidates began this cycle, eleven succeeded to get the diploma. Guy was the first of those eleven candidates and the only one with the top of the class distinction.

Degree in thermodynamic and thermal engines: gas engines, diesel engines, turbines and jet engines . At the end of the cycle he wrote an essay treating of the supercharged engines. He had to defend this essay in front of the Jury.

Fourteen years in Africa, twelve for a Railway Company. Just before turning thirty years old he has been chosen as head of the diesel - electric and diesel - hydraulic locomotives main workshop with 215 technicians and workers. When he left the Railway Company due to political unrest (1976), he got the mention " Agent d'Elite " from the Company.

In Belgium, aside of the Chrysler - Jeep Dealership and later the Ferrari Dealership, a branch of his business was tuning two De Tomaso Panteras for the BeNeLux Championship; many podiums rewarded his efforts and in 1979 Guy won the FIA Group Four driving his own Light Weight Pantera.

Following this success, customers came to ask him to prepare BMW's for the European Touring Championship (1982 and 1983) . First podium at the first race (Sicily) followed by many others.

Right after the last lap of the last 1983 race, a Director of Volvo Belgium met him in the racetrack paddocks and asked if he wanted to prepare two Volvo s 240 Turbo for the 1984 European Touring Championship. After a (not too easy) meeting in Göteborg  -- Sweden -- , he accepted this serious challenge; the reward came in February 1985 in  Wellington - - New Zealand - - when one of the two Volvo s won the four hours race , beating all the BMW s and Rovers Vitesse of N - Z despite arriving on the scene after the last Saturday qualification due to an Airline problem and starting from the last line on the starting grid .

In 2003, he decided to retire and moved with his wife to South Carolina in May 2004, finally enjoying a quiet life, his GT cars, his aerobatic airplane for four years till ...  his son Gregory joined him in S C and they started a new GTM  --  GTM and SON  --  during the 2008 depression year : it has been a success right from the start!
